1.学习的位置和环境。
2.从现在开始（一直提醒自己
first 5 mins
second 将大工作分解成多个小任务，每天完成一章或者一节。
3.takes breaks(适当休息)
1. 休息频率：30-60分钟：因为你的时间过长或者过短你的注意力就会下降，效率就会降低。
2. 持续时间：study 60 mins -------breaks 10 mins
3. 知道什么时候停止：当你感觉注意力无法集中的时候最好站起身活动活动，吃个饭，健身，当你再返回时，就会很容易进入状态。（ps.我每次学不进去的时候， 如果困的话会喝咖啡过一会就清醒了， 有时候就会出去骑会车，还挺有效果）

工作25分钟然后休息五分钟，然后重复四次
（我觉得时间不固定，对于我来说一个小时左右然后休息6分钟刚刚好，其次番茄钟app不错）

总结: 不要从头往后读，抓关键，最好做笔记，方便以后复盘。(好记性不如烂笔头)
如何高效的写一篇论文？
_前提_：禁止拖延
1.查看自己的论文笔记
2.确定谁是听众？（论文类型：research paper，review paper or tutorial paper?
审稿人是期刊的看门人，尽可能解决他们的担忧。
First: 初稿：：写出初稿是工作的创造性部分，尽量不要修改错误在写初稿的时候，因为在做编辑和修改是批判性思维分析的部分，你现在的目的是先写出来，而不是尽可能的指出错误。

大纲->实验->result->discussion->严格的批判性编辑（转换成清晰简洁连贯的英语）->conclusion------>introduction
